MY DOG IS WACKO WHAT CAN I DO?

My dog is soo ahdorable but then she gets super hyper and "gets on my leg & starts to jump on it" (aka humps it!) she also bites me and i yell at her and i give her a little smack and she still does it! so i figure maybe she's hungry but i already fed her a lot!!! how can i stop her from biting me and my leg with out any lessons or things i have to buy bcuz we already bough her chew toys! please help meee!!!!!!!!
