Well I answered your first post...But the Sinus rinse is a bottle that squirts water up your nose through your sinuses and flushes everything out (boogers included). It goes in one nostril and comes down the other side. The kit includes a bottle and a couple starter packets of the solution, which is a powder that you mix with water (it creates a saline like solution that is very gentle on your mucous membranes.)You can also buy additional packets at the pharmacy where you purchase the bottle!
