Pregnancy test this morning..?

Alrighty guys, so for those who haven't been reading my stuff lately I will update you. I have an unusually long menstral cycle, 39 days. Right now I am on day 43, which means my period was suposed to be her 3-4 days ago. I took a pregnancy test this morning with a cheap dollar tree test. I've heard it really doesn't matter and it's sensitive enough to detect pregnancy. But then I keep hearing that some women take a long time to show up with a urine pregnancy test. Last night my hurt so bad it actually woke me up from pain in dead asleep. Apparently I rolled onto my stomache and my didn't like that much. I notice in the mirror when I raise my left arm I can actually see a ripple in my . Its like my nipple and areola are sticking out. I keep getting mild cramps from time to time so I think my period is coming but nothing is the way my periods usually are. Has anybody else experienced this? I had other symptoms but I won't go on, they're all pretty normal. Opinons?
