Does anyone know the title of this novelty song?

I think it was on a promotional CD from Budweiser, but not sure. The only lyrics I can remember are "london new york moscow paris" and "George Bush, Al Gore". Cos of the lyrics I think it was just before or around the 2000 US Elections. Don't have any other details, any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
