Ok bit of a sticky situation and i really need some help?

you might want to get the police involved in this. this is considered animal cruelty and destruction of property (i know it is bad to consider a can property). if you could prove that there are badgers in the area and that they ripped through the trampoline you could totaly sue this dude. i recommend calling the police on this neighbor. or at least get a restraining order. this guy is facing seriouse years in jail. he is also giving you threats witch means he has the will and mental capacity to do it. dang your neighbor is jacked up. see if he has any criminal records that would help the police too.
