Maxi Baby Phat Dress question?

I bought the Maxi brown w - pink dress but it has a deep V cut, I don't want to wear it just like that because I'm a 34A. Can I wear this dress with a cute brown t - top? I try it and I think it looks ok but I'm wearing this for my sisters graduation party and don't want to look Stup..please help.
