So you are sick of having to press one for English?

It doesn't bother me any. I had to take my father to the E.R. the other night and just about all the signs were in English, Spanish and Chinese. I didn't care as long as I knew where to go. And as far as the spanish speakers being lazy and not wanting to learn english maybe they do know some english but don't want to waist their time talking to you. At several different places around my town they have ESL cles for people that want to learn english, they always have a lot of people there. So my guess is they just don't want to waist their time talking to you.
