Does this sound like good Manga?

I want to write my own Manga series some day if possible, but I want it to be a lot different from the others. I want to use the Manga art style, but I want the series to be strictly humor. It's about 3 girls and a guy. The girls are Becky, Lauren, and Susan. Becky is sort of like Marge from the Simpsons in the sense that she's sort of ignorant and always thinks the best of people. Lauren is lazy and a bit sadistic, and Susan's the peppy neighbor that hangs out with them but nobody really likes. The boy is Lauren and Becky's brother called Fred. Fred is basically an idiot. He also has a pet skull that he named Twinky that tells him to kill people, and a bird that steals people's eye. So far it's pretty popular with my clmates, but I'm only in eigth grade so they'll probably laugh at anything.
