Acne i need help please...

right, i have had acne since year 6 i'm now a year nine i have tried EVERYTHING doctors have give me things i have used clearasil and oxy and nothing works i have used a face steamer they just open my pores and if i go out with my pores open i just make it harder for my self i have started wearing my fringe off my face I'm not very keen on this idea as there all on my head my dad said it might be that i ain't washing the face cleanser off properly but i am so i ain't sure i am going to try vinegar at night so i will see how it goes they might go when i move back to tenerife but I'm not sure so any help will be very appreciated thanks :)
