Will Tulips grow in Baguio, Philippines? I got them from the US?

Yes, they will grow, King Louis Flowers and Plants have been growing tulips in Baguio for quite a long time now... you have to start your bulbs in a chiller, once they have sprouted you may plant them outside... however try to plant them during the cooler months since young tulip plants need very cold temp. to thrive.. : )
