What should i do married but my husband leave me ?

i know him for 16 years been married for 7yrs. 10 mos. were christan's and the bible say NO DIVORCE but even that we know each other 16yrs. we NEVER live together for one whole year together what can i do he is very sick with cirri.of the liver hep-c i got a call from him telling me i can 't make arrangements for his funnel and that i wasn't welcome to come say good by why? he leave i just don't know
