What medicine i should take for chest pain and sore throat?

Feel like there is a cut in my throat.. that's how swollen it is. I cannot eat anything solid Because it even hurt when I drink liquid now when I drink hot liquids my chest pain... my eas start to hurt now. I know they are all connected. Took nyquil for a day. Didn't work.please help :(
