OTC treatment for female "jock itch"?

I've researched the Web, and my rash *exactly* matches the photos and symptoms of jock itch in women, so I'm going to try an OTC anti fungal for it first, before going to the doctor. Any particular kind I should use, or will any anti fungal cream work?
