How to get a boyfriend ..

i dont know how .. i never speak to boys .. i only get on with them as friends .. they say stuff like oh you look well hott in that picture and stuff but they dont tell me they like me .. because im not pop but not a loser .. ive not even kissed a boy n im 14 how do i get more chatty with boys and what is the main thing the boys look for exept being themselves and ... erm .. peace out :D x
